The Arkanghel Advanced School of Caregiving and Safety, Inc. (AASCSI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization founded in 2021. Arkanghel is one of the emerging Caregiving and Safety Training Centers in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite. It is officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) as a training provider for the Caregiving NC II program. The TVI is currently offering a Caregiving National Certificate (NC) Level II that started on August 9, 2021.
On September 26, 2023, Arkanghel was accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) as a First Aid Training Provider (FATPRO). The center offers first aid training courses such as the 8-hour Emergency First Aid (EFA), 16-hour Occupational First Aid (OFA), and 32-hour Standard First Aid (SFA). We are also an OWWA Accredited Training Center, and actively accepting OWWA scholarship applicants.

Our mission is to provide quality and affordable technical education to increase the students and professionals’ employability by gaining standard, practical and experienced-based approaches and skills to succeed in this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
VISION
We envision to be the premier training center in the Province of Cavite producing certified and professional caregivers and safety officers promoting a culture of safety and resilience that will contribute to nation building.
